RULES    

prices ---

 I don't accept points at this time.
 All payments will be made through Paypal.
 All prices are in Canadian dollars/CAD.
My prices are not based off of my skill, but instead off of how long it takes me to complete a drawing, and what minimum wage is where I live.

process ---

Please fill in the form at the bottom of this journal and send me a note titled "commission".
If I need clarification on something or more references, I will ask.
I reserve the right to turn down your commission for any reason.
Once I accept your commission, you will be added to the list, but your spot is not confirmed until the payment is sent.
You are required to send me the (non-refundable) payment after I accept your commission.
I'll start working on the sketch after the money is sent and received.
 Once the sketch is finished, I will send it to you for your approval.
You will have one chance to tell me any changes you would like made to the sketch. After the sketch has been finalized by you, it cannot be changed again.
After the artwork is finished, I will send you a copy with no watermarks. (see terms of use below for more details)
If you want me to send you the (flattened) full-sized file, let me know.

terms of use (TOU) --- personal-use only

 All coloured commissions will be uploaded to my deviantART and Tumblr accounts, along with my website. Let me know ahead of time if you don't want it uploaded publicly.
 A version with watermarks (for your and my protection) will be uploaded, but I will send commissioners the version with no watermarks in a note.
If you only commission me for a sketch, then it will not be uploaded, unless you want me to upload it. Again, let me know ahead of time.
You may not sell the image, or use the image for personal gain.
If you wish, you may post the image to other websites, but not to artwork-based websites (such as deviantART, Pixiv, etc). You must also give a direct link back to me, and give me full credit for the artwork.

references ---

I'll need an image reference to draw whoever it is you want drawn. I do not work from text descriptions.
For best results, please provide me with multiple references, and make sure the references are large enough for me to understand any details.
I can draw people from photos, if you want me to. However, they'll be in my anime style, as I don't do realism.
I will draw detailed characters. However, if I feel your character is too detailed, I may ask for more payment. If you no longer wish to commission me at that point, you may say so.

fanart ---

I will only draw fanart or adopted characters if I am told exactly who the character belongs to, no matter if it's you, a friend or anyone else. I like giving proper credit where it's due! :3
If you do commission me to draw a licensed character (e.g. Miku Hatsune), I reserve the right to later sell the artwork at conventions and in my family's future online store.
 If the character is your original character, a fan character, or the character of a friend of yours, I will not sell it at conventions or in our store.

THINGS TO NOTE   

I WILL draw...
Any gender (keep in mind that I'm better at drawing girls, though).
Fanart, original characters, fan characters, adopted characters, or real people.
Detailed characters (up to a certain level). See "references" section in the rules for more info.
One character of your choosing on a single canvas, with a simple background.
  A cute, adorable image just for you! (or your friend, if it's a gift~)

I WON'T draw...
MATURE CONTENT. This includes nudity, fan service, gore, etc. This is at my own discretion.
Mecha (mechanical) characters or objects.
Animals (fictional or realistic).
Furries (if it's a human with animal features like ears or tails, then that's most likely okay).
Extremely masculine and muscular characters.
Detailed backgrounds or settings.
I don't replicate other people's art styles or images.
